Are you a Monday-crazy-diet-starter too? I had a habit of going to bed on a Sunday night fully determined to (finally) lose weight, starting first thing in the morning. Each and every time it involved restriction; no carbs, no eating after 5, no sugar, no solid food, no food. Each and every time I failed. For me (and most people in the long term) restrictive diets dont work. The only way to stabilise your weight is to listen to your body, eat what it wants when you are hungry and stop when you are full.
