Are you itching to “do something” to aid locally? Easter Baskets- Create an Easter Basket for a family to brighten their Easter or for a youth in a home that is struggling financially and cannot justify the cost of “the Easter Bunny” visiting. Family Basket- Create a basket that has “gold items” from the Food Pantry list (attached) and from the Spring Cleaning Drive list (attached) Youth Basket- St. Patrick’s Men’s Club leads a Easter Basket Drive every year and it is so very appreciated, however, we do wind up short some baskets for some of the youth in our most struggling homes. If you would like to help with this I could really use a “generic” basket that would be good for a girl or boy ages 18 and under. Personal Care products, small basket gifts (balls, paddle ball, cards, craft items, most anything from our new Dollar Store would be great ) Family and Youth Baskets must be dropped off by Wednesday April 9th to the Township Office (behind Chipain’s- open 7am-4pm Monday-Friday). We will be sorting the baskets on Wednesday April 9th beginning at 4:30 and running over to the Dollar Store if we are short on any items. If you would like to assist with this feel free to come by the Township Office at 4:30 and lend your hands to this much appreciated act of kindness that creates some very happy kids and relieved parents!
