You can walk anywhere that is convenient for you (please only walk in a safe location and do not walk alone in the evening)! Treadmills and walking indoors does count. 2.) Walk whatever distance is comfortable for you, from a quarter of a mile to 20 miles, or more, whatever you feel comfortable with. 3.) Keep track of the distance you have walked and email how far you walked/ran to us at [email protected] 4.) Send us a selfie while you are on your walk and email it to the address listed above. 5.)
