Arial photos (Courtesy of Vera Scroggins) of compressor stations, drill sites, and water impoundments in Susquehanna County, PA For those of you who have never had the opportunity to see, or experience the degree of disruption, or the massive scale of unconventional shale gas drilling first hand, this is what it looks like from above. Photos courtesy of our good friend, outspoken activist/citizen journalist, and fellow Shale Justice Coalition member, Vera Scroggins who has been unjustly, but legally banned from setting foot on any property leased by Cabot Oil and Gas, and even from photographing or video recording their activities from public roads. Fortunately, they cant ban her from documenting their destructive activities the air. How anyone can justify the destruction and ruination of rural PA, or any pristine region, trample peoples rights, and turn small towns into extraction colonies is beyond all reasonable comprehension. This is why we must fight back. It is our duty, and responsibility to protect this planet for our children, and our childrens children. Just ask yourself... Do you want this in your backyard, next to your home, in your community, or next to schools, hospitals, or farms where your food is grown?
