As I reflect on another year gone by, I am truly blessed in a multitude of ways. Although 2014 has been an extremely challenging year, I recognize that our accomplishments are measured in a multitude of ways, and I acknowledge those things I have done right. I also recognize so many things I could have done differently, that may have resulted in a different outcome...but I take responsibility for the choices I have made, and can only hope that the choices have not hurt or harmed intentionally...I strive to always learn from failures and to make better choices in time to come... No matter what your beliefs are...May this time of celebration be one shared with those you love and may the gift of time be what matters... This poem says it best... I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
