As I walked down the aisle at Downey shelter today, this pit bull waggled his whole body to say hello. Then he started dancing on his paws. He was so excited to see me, and we had never even met! I am in love with his unbelievable personality and infectious happiness. Please share and help him get out of the shelter. His name is Balloo (ID A4777417), and he is a 3yo neutered stray who came into the Downey shelter in Los Angeles on November 17. Thats a long time at the shelter, and HE IS STILL THIS HAPPY! Imagine of how happy he could make some lucky family at Christmas. Heres what the shelter volunteers had to say: Weighing sixty pounds, Balloo is wiggly and affectionate, has a medium energy level, loves attention and is great with people. All of the volunteers immediately fell in love with this outstanding dog and were especially charmed by his gentle, slightly timid personality. Balloo is an exceptionally wonderful dog and a fabulous indoor pet for an individual or family (were hoping for a family because we think Balloo and children were made for each other) living in a private home.
