As PAC branches and members, we must take ownership and responsibility of our PAC. A leadership we elected in July 2012 at Butterworth National Congress instead of driving and advancing building and strengthening of PAC structures across the country, implementing party political programmes such as mobilising the people around land repossession without compensation, improving the peoples quality of lives by providing decent housing, free education, accessible quality primary health care and employment for all achieved through equitable distribution of wealth which requires nationalisation of the mines and other means of production. Unfortunately, this NEC has opted to undermine unity of PAC and the partys role to fight and overthrow white supremacy and capitalism by sowing seeds of division, PAC today is weaker than years back. As branches and members we must stand up and reclaim our PAC to advance its revolutionary programme. We should disregard the unconstitutional appointments made of individuals smuggled into the NEC and given positions. we must disregard appointment of Cde Alton Mpethi as the President, he remains a Deputy President until a properly constituted PAC Conference receive a comprehensive reports from both Cde Letlapa Mphahlele as a President and Cde Narius Moloto as General Secretary and Cde Leonie Arries as Secretary for Finance plus other NEC members. We should nullify and derecognise all suspensions and expulsions of PAC members and public representatives carried out unconstitutionally. We must have willing and able PAC members move across the country promoting and encouraging PAC branches and members to denounce the entire divisive leadership which uses the neo-colonial courts to resolve internal party political issues. The entire NEC must be summoned to an inclusive PAC Conference to explain and account to PAC branches and members as to what has happened and what did they do since they were elected into leadership role since July 2012 at Butterworth Congress. The PAC Constitution is very clear National Conference is the supreme organ of the party. Both Cde Letlapa Mphahlele and Cde Narius Moloto should account at the highest and supreme organ of the PAC to branches and members.
