As a 4th Generation American, I am blessed to be in the United States of America. Home of the Land and Free. The Bill of Rights, afforded to all United States Citizens in the cornerstone of our foundation. My ancestors came through Ellis Island. They worked hard, they learned English, and they learned the American ways. They were true immigrants. Just like many of your family ancestors. Immigrants of the past are not the same as the immigrants of today. You can say times have changed and thats the difference; but the fundamentals should always remain the same. 1. You arrive as a Guest of the United States. 2. You learn what is required to become a US Citizen, and you practice and live up to the expectations of your new country. 3. You take a Test for Citizenship. 4. You have American Sponsors. 5. You take the oath and become citizens of the greatest land. Under our current leaders, Republican and Democrat (included). These full-time career politicians are looking out for the vote. Who is going to vote for me in the future; so that I can maintain my 50 year hold on my elected seat. Thats not the America we have come to embrace. Under this, we have a recipe for disaster. Amnesty for Illegal Immigration is the new key fix for past leaders as well as current. Ronald Regan started the Amnesty and that did not fix the problem. We continue to hear both Republicans and Democrats embrace different ideology of citizenship with Illegal Immigration. This new process is the recipe for Gypsies, Terrorists and Thieves. We have enough. The old system worked. There was order and control of who was arriving. Borders were respected by both our Citizens and Guests. American Citizenship is Not-For-Sale. It must be earned, and its up to us to hold our Elected Leaders Responsible and Accountable for our National Security. Every government official takes the same oath of office, and NONE of them UPHOLD their Oath. That includes every Congressman/Woman, Every Senator and Every State, County and Local Leader from Albuquerque New Mexico to Whitefish, Montana and New York City to the Hawaiian Islands. They are all in this together, and should we have another attack on American Soil, they are ultimately to blame.
