As a part of my job I always face.... #ShakeHands #Misconceptions MashaALLAH beautifully explained. - Prior to my visits I make sure my clients gets this info... its better to educate them, that Non-verbal gestures and greetings vary across countries, cultures and religions. What is seen as acceptable for one is not necessarily acceptable for another. Muslims not shaking hands with the opposite gender is a simple example of a cultural and religious difference which is easy to respect and accommodate. It is important to point out that Muslims do not distinguish in this matter between Muslim and non-Muslim people, and the issue is the same for Muslim women as it is for men. ---- ADMIN(I)
