As is usual (for me), I cannot get the information on tonites appearance of Mars in the sky overhead posted from the article ( Damn you Windows 8 and a plague on all your houses!)...so....after sundown....go out and look overhead....remember Mars is red.....(duh!) and it should be extremely bright this evening. I just wanted to let all you little star gazers and half ass astronomy geeks know what it is.....so there would be no confusion like 1. Its a one-eyed, one-horned flying purple eater! ( I already told you that it is RED, you dumbass!) or 2. We are not being invaded. Any invader worth his salt would have been watching this planet for eons of time and know for sure that there is no intelligent form of life here...nothing to see....and they would move along. Now, having posted this with great anticipation of seeing Mars, rest assured that those of us in good ole Southern Illinois will be clouded over, rained on, hailed on, fogged in, socked in or some other related malady and will not be able to see a damn thing.....as usual.
