As much as every Tom,Dick and Hurry in kenya knows very well that the artificially manufactured scripts we call "CONSTITUTION" had many unsealed loopholes, the push for a referundum is a big mistake brokered by a power-hungry people looking for a popularity from the back-door and has nothing to do with devolution which itz financial graph is showing 32 percent Allocation as oppossed to the previous 15 pec of the constitution. The best thing is for them to give the executive a space to breath and held them on their toes nt forgeting that the country was out from the most complex general election that cost the taxpayers Ksh 32billion.be that as it may, the current Push and the pull btwn the members of the judiciary as well as the frosty relationship btwn the senate and the National Assembly is another big blow that might even cripple the limbing devolution process."TIME AND TIDE WAIT FOR NO MAN" and "TIME WASTED WL NEVER BE RECOVERED" as they say, instead of policking day and night focuse shld shifted on the wanting security situation, the ailing education sector,Detoreriating Health sector and other much needed services by the innocent and suffering wananchis, So for a referundum count me out am nt of the opinion may be u.
