As much as some people want to ruin my day with their negative energy, I am proud of myself that I havent let them. That is a major win for me, and shows I am starting to escape out of the fog of my depression, and look toward the future. I have great friends, but it is always difficult talking to them because I always feel like they are looking at me like I am a victim. This group is so wonderful for meeting likeminded people that care. I am going to be very lonely this holiday season, but I think things are headed in a better direction. Onward, and upward!
