As much as u can, keep dunya (worldly life) ȋ̊η ur hand--not ȋ̊η ur hє∂rt . That means when someone insults u, keep it out of ur hє∂rt so it doesnt make u bitter or defensive. When someone praises u, also keep it out of ur hє∂rt , so it doesnt make u arrogant & self-deluded. When u face hardship & stress, dont absorb it in ur hє∂rt , so u dont become hopeless & overwhelmed. Instead keep it in ur hands & realize that everything passes.
