As much as we would like to deny it, winter is approaching relatively fast and we keep hearing it is supposed to be just as bad if not worse than last year. So with that said, we would like to start a tradition here at Cap & Cork. With help from Ogies Party Store, The Corner Market & Spirits and the lovely folks over at Riverside Liquors, we are going to hold our first ever Winter Clothes Drive. Starting next week we are going to have bins set up at each of the stores participating so please feel free to drop off extra or unused articles of clothing, blankets, gloves, scarves, and hats that might help someone stay warm through a harsh Michigan winter. It might just be a good excuse to clean out those closets! After all the clothes are collected we will have volunteers distribute them throughout the city. All of this well be documented in form of a video for everyone to see. Lets warm up those hearts this winter and help those in need!
