As per legal counsel and the legal system, an injunction is in place with this organization. As the other board members are documented saying numerous time, this is a business, but it is about kids. Issues with the parade are being brought up that we said that councilman Deangelo would answer as the parade was approved and cancelled at the last minute. Their was no unanimous decision as we have it in writing that the president of the organization after the changes was Chris Stebbins. Even after the altercation, we worked out an amicable agreement that all we wanted to do was coach. It was agreed. 24 hours later the agreement was renicked due to personal issues certain board members had with us. The same board who wasnt even there in the beginning of when we started this. The president Chris Stebbins went to the Tigers to unify us as stated in a below post in which one of the parents congratulated him for unifying Bellmawr. So why the illegal push? You cannot vote out a member without 30 days written notice at 2/3rds the vote of the board as stated in the governing by laws filed with the STATE OF NJ. We then were informed our children could not even play. After fighting about that issue we were informed today our kids could play. However, we have just informed the board of the injunction in which Chris Stebbins is president and everything will remain status quo. This is a public organization so everything is required to be public. As of now any business conducted by the other organization without the President is illegal. The other members have a lot of questions to answer and they will be answered at the next public board meeting.
