As the day comes to an end, I hope that all of you take some time to reflect on what an amazing thing that our local Chamber of Commerce and Railroad Historical Society has done for our town. I know it may seem like a thankless job at times, but please know that we all see the hard work and dedication that goes into planning these large scale events. Our town used to thrive on community involvement. I hope that some day that can once again be the norm. So on behalf of myself, my family, my company, and my campaign, Thank you! Thank you to all of the Chamber members, volunteers, vendors, and local businesses who stepped up to support todays Fall Festival. A big thank you goes out to Wendy Curtis Eichman for her tireless efforts over the years.
