As we like to do in our house, we take some of the standard traditions that are generations old, and put our own personal spin on it. This is our version of roast pork, collards and black eyed peas. Grilled, marinated Anntonys Caribbean Pork Tenderloin, with Basmati Rice, Black Eyed Peas and Pan Seared Swiss Chard w/Balsamic Vinegar. We closed with Grandmas Homemade Apple Pie served with Cinnamon Ice Cream. Not a bad way to start 2015.
