As winter blinks watching from the window its eye lid closed - TopicsExpress

As winter blinks watching from the window its eye lid closed shut, I do an exchange landing on my bike seat, like a Little 500 Rider speeding; to happiness, flying dreamlike sinewy streets yesterday covered in ice, depressing, uninviting; reminders of my discontent. I am going fast. Cool air blanketing my face, hands clutching the bars I race down dark streets, I climb hills exhaling stress, and grief and anxiety my heart beats, strongly, Im catching my breath, finding that loss bliss. Not, stopping to think, Im in the moment, arriving at exhilaration, a nirvana of sorts. Thrilling as the wheels turn ever so fast breathing out, breathing in, zen bliss, finding myself on a bike ride stolen in January happy again as winters eye was shut.
