As you are assessing your patient admitted for acute coronary syndrome, she has a suddenly onset of chest pain accompanied by nausea and diaphoresis. She becomes unresponsive. A code is called and CPR is initiated as the defibrillator/monitor is set up. The following rhythm change was noted. What is the most appropriate intervention: a.
