Delhi: The half-way mark is 35; the BJP gets 34. The Congress gets 17. Arvind Kejriwals Aam Aadmi Party makes a strong debut with 17 seats. Chhattisgarh: The BJP and Raman Singh return for a third straight term. The half-way mark is 45, the BJP gets 52, the Congress gets 35.
