At 11:47 Crews from the SFD responded to a working structure fire in North Salinas. ME 5316, ME 5315, ME 5312, ME5314, T5371, BC 5302 responded. There were reports of fire spreading to exposures. Initial arriving units found fire in a rear room extending into the attic. Aggressive interior operations coordinated with rapid vertical ventilation were initiated and the fire was contained to a single room and part of the attic. No injuries were reported by on scene crews or civilians. Great stop B platoon
