At 4am this morning I was woken up by a phone call from Courtney Burkhart-Glosser and Dave Glosser letting me know there was a baby coming very soon. I grabbed my gear, stumbled to my car and flew to the hospital in time to photograph Avery Faith Glosser making her way into the world. This was my first birth photography experience and I must say the miracle of watching an infant being born into the world, especially to parents such as these two, will always overwhelm me to my very core. To capture the raw emotion of such an event makes me love the path I have chosen even more so. Courtney Burkhart-Glosser you are an amazing strength and Dave you are as cool as a cucumber. I will never forget this day. Watch for pictures this afternoon....
