At Crossfit benchmark workouts. Always working on my form and trying to keep my knees from going in when I go down into the squat. The workout is 4 rounds of high hang squat clean, hang squat clean, squat clean and push press. High hang squat clean, hang squat clean, squat clean and push jerk. High hang squat clean, hang squat clean, squat clean and split jerk. Then a 400 meter run and thats 1 round. We did that 4 times. @fitness,@survivor@
