At Gettysburg, President Lincoln spoke about the vision of our forefathers, the sacrifices made by so many to preserve our nation, and of the importance of liberty and freedom. Lincoln concluded his short, but powerful speech with this: that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. The truth be known, Obama does not share these values and thus his rotten core compels him not to attend the 150 anniversary of the Gettysburg Address ceremony. The current poor excuse for a President snubs one of the greatest Presidents of all time and the ideals that are the foundation of this nation.
