At the end of our MSA football game today some of the parents played volleyball with the boys, had pizza , and had a great time. Later in the evening trained Kiara 1v1 focusing on headers, volleys , and striking the ball to the wall. I had to do a quick demo on headers off the wall to Kiara. She kept blinking her eyes on headers and she had a hard time building rhythm. Its a natural thing for an 11 yr old girl to blink her eyes. Besides dribbling , passing , and shooting, and knowing the game, a player must have heading skills, regardless of its height or speed.
