At the mall today and caught part of a conversation and it really bothered me. 2 women about my age or a bit older were complaining that teachers have it so easy and get the summer off to play and blah blah... I have a lot if friends that are or were teachers and not one of them took the summer off to "play" they work and think about the next school year and work all summer to get it ready. Or they take extra classes and tests all summer to learn and be able to teach more. Sorry but teachers to me are heroes. They work hard, take care of our children, and put their lives on the line to protect them. I wish people would show more respect.
