At this time of year, when Darkness sets in, many people find themselves exploring the shadows of their inner selves and worlds. Sometimes that can feel very painful. In Honour of Dia De Los Muertos, Samhain, All Hallows, All Saints and All Souls Day, I made this video. It is especially for anyone experiencing any form of Grief or sadness, or loss of a loved one. It is to honour Death in ourselves and our lives (and the myriad ways that can take place) and the important process of creating space for us to feel whatever we are feeling. Often we wish to avoid the uncomfortable feelings grief can evoke. But Grief is Good and part of our natural healing process. And Our Lady of Good Grief and Infinite Compassion is here...
