***Atention friends please share**** Let me start off my saying FORD is the worse company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! My car broke down on July 17th I have a 2011 Ford Fiesta sel with 46,000 miles on it, and it took them 2 months just to even look at my car, they told me that it needed a new engine that the engine had blown due to a belt breaking.(which no other mechanic had ever heard of) it is still under the 60,000 mile warranty and ford has thrown me around for months and told me many different stories on the engine and many different reasons on why it will not be covered. In the most recent one they told me that they are not covering the repairs due to it being a used car, (I bought the car from the ford dealer used). So the warranty is voided. I have the email stating this. The repairs on my car will cost 6,500 bucks. I called the Ford head office and they told me they never sent that email they dont know what I am talking about, pretty much telling me they can not help me. The car is a 2011 with 46,000 miles engine blow up and not cover it under the warranty I paid for. The car is only worth 7,500 and they want me to pay 6,500 to fix it.. FORD Is an HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They wont even give me any kind of paperwork saying they declined my car because they know its not right. And I do not recommend anyone going there to buy any kind of car!! Go somewhere else! ***PLEASE SHARE I NEED TO GET THE WORD OUT!***
