***Attention AMC Passengers*** We are changing the way you fly Space-A!!! We proudly announce that Virtual Roll Calls are now here! Please see below for details. VIRTUAL ROLL CALL 1. Sign-up for Space-Available travel as you already do. This step of the process does not change. 2. Monitor the flight schedule for selected flights; they will be identified as “Virtual Roll Call.” You will see this in the remarks section on the individual flight. 3. When you see a flight that is available for Virtual Roll Call, come to the Terminal and mark yourself present. You can mark yourself present up to 24 hours prior to the flight’s advertised roll call time. Typically, passengers do not mark themselves present until the right before a roll call; however, there is no need to wait until then. This is required so that we can verify your documents. This is no different than the process now. 4. When you mark yourself present indicate to our Passenger Service Agents that you wish to compete virtually by giving them your e-mail address. This will only be used for official use and will be kept in a secure computer system. 5. Monitor your e-mail (30) minutes prior to roll call start time. You will receive an email asking if you to compete for a seat(s). Reply “yes” to this email with your intended destination for that flight. This verifies that you intend to compete virtually. 6. Roll call will begin at the scheduled time, it will be no different if you are competing virtually or if you are physically in the Terminal. 7. The present listing will be posted on our Facebook page. You will not see your name but will see your passenger ID, this is to protect your personal information. Your passenger ID will be given to you when you mark yourself present. Additionally, you will see a “V” next to your ID if you are competing virtually or a “T” if you are in the Terminal. 8. If you are selected for the flight, you will receive a selection notification e-mail. It will have all of your check-in instructions. 9. If you are not selected for the flight, you will receive a non-selection notification e-mail. It will give you the option to physically come in to the Terminal at a specific time to see if additional seats have become available. 10. Check-in at the appropriate time listed in the e-mail and have a safe flight. JB MDL Passenger Terminal
