*****Attention GSC members in Dallas/Fort Worth area only***** I have been so inspired by my sister Pamela Booker that I would like to start a walk/work-out group here in our area. I have watched and read her groups post/progress in the past and had an opportunity to meet her last month at JJs event weekend. I reached out to her and advise I would start the group after the 10 day national challenge was over. If you are interested and live in the DFW area please post here. Once everything is set up I will add you to our local GSC walk group. Im so excited to get this group together and look forward to moving toward better health/fitness with each of you.
