Attention: Unemployed and Out-of-School Youth As part of the Government of Canada’s Skills Link program, the Family Life Centre in Pickering is accepting applications for 12 positions open to unemployed and/or out-of school youth. This is a six-month intake program, which will help participants address barriers to employment. The program will run Monday to Friday with a basic pay rate of $11/hour. Eligible participants must be: • Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons on whom refugee protection has been granted • Age 18-30, Unemployed and Out-of-School/Does not have a High School Diploma • In need of assistance to overcome employment barriers • Not receiving Employment Insurance (EI) Benefits Please direct your resume or inquiries to wtcrcs@gmail.
