We are currently recruiting a hard working Office Assistant/Secretary to handle the switchboard and be first line of Customer contact for KPMG office as well as to provide administration support to the management group and staff. Responsibilities: • Meet and greet office visitors and handle the switchboard professionally for the satisfaction of the Internal and External customers. • Responsible for receiving and distributing the incoming courier as well as dispatching the outbound courier. • Ensure files are maintained for incoming and outgoing letters, correspondence, reports and other documents, etc. • Maintain the e-archiving system. • Responsible for stationary purchases and keep control of the inventories as well as coordinate with IT department to ensure adequate items such as printer cartridges, toners… are in stock. • Provide the team administration support but not limited to preparation of reports, presentations…etc. • Maintain and coordinate meetings and trainings logistics. • Carry out other secretarial and clerical functions with confidentiality but not limited to scanning, faxing, typing, printing, etc. • Provide administration support for projects as assigned by the Direct Supervisor. • Work as a proactive team member and support the other members of the team as required. • Perform a backup support whenever required. • Ensure the reception area is kept tidy at all times. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor and Management Group Qualifications: • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a Business or Administration Discipline • 0 - 2 years experience in an administration support role • Microsoft Office is a must • English and Arabic language • Excellent Communication Skills • Customer Service Skills • Teamwork Skills Interested candidates should send their CVs to: Melkhoury@Kpmg NOte: please mention the Job title in your subject.
