Awesome Recipes Shared in this Group. ****Save to your timeline so you can prepare later So You dont miss out on a yummy recipe**** Nutritional information(amount per servings) Total Calories: 220 Sodium: 431mg Fat: 8g Carbohydrates: 9g Cholesterol: 73mg Protein: 28g Fiber: 3g Herb Chicken with Spinach and Tomatoes **Original recipe makes 6 servings Prep time: 10-15 mins Cook time: 25-30 mins Ingredients: 2 lb boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon Italian seasonings 2-3 cloves of minced garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pint grape tomatoes 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon water 1 bag fresh spinach 6 tablespoons Kraft® light balsamic vinaigrette Fresh shaved parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of chicken Directions * Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Heat olive oil in a large sprayed skillet on medium-high heat. Saute garlic for about 30 seconds.
