Only the experienced should apply. They are interested in candidates who are factory trained, have excellent customer services skills and have a minimum of 3 years dealership experience . The ideal candidate is passionate, professional, friendly, articulate, dependable, and understands the long term value of proper customer service and doing the job correctly the first time. Upward mobility and promotions are possible for the right candidate. The ideal technician candidate should have significant time working on these brands: Honda , Yamaha , Kawasaki , Suzuki and KTM . Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Versatile team player willing to adapt and adjust to get the job done. Better themselves and better the business. Goal oriented. Understanding of dealership operations and how the service department affects the overall success of the business. Ability to simultaneously deliver outstanding customer service and high profitability. Support the smooth and profitable operations of the service department. Support the departments goal to consistently provide outstanding service to customers. Experience and/or Education: Ideal candidate will possess a minimum 3 years experience as a B-Level Technician and as a Service Advisor in a multi-line powersports dealership environment. Familiar with LightSpeed a plus. High School diploma or GED mandatory. MMI (or similar) diploma highly recommended but not required. Motorcycle endorsement and good driving record required.
