BARISTA / WAITER What we are looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person, who has a real passion for the industry. This role will involve working as a barista (full off-site training given), we take our coffee very seriously and we invest our time in making sure you can make the perfect cup. As well as being a barista you will be part of our front of house team; taking food, taking orders, clearing tables and helping our customers. The café can get very busy so you will need a strong personality to ensure that the day runs smoothly and all customers leave happy. In return we offer; 5 straight days with two days off. Day-time only, no evenings or split-shifts. This is a one-site brand with the owners highly involved in all activities. Our kitchen brigade work closely alongside front of house with both teams closely supporting the other. We are recent runners up in The Guardian and The Observer Food Monthly 2014 awards in their Cheap Eats Category (dining for under £15 per head). We pay the living wage.
