" BE CAREFUL ON WHAT YOU SET YOUR MIND ON, FOR YOU WILL CERTAINLY CONSCIOUSLY OR SUBCONSCIOUSLY WORK TOWARDS ACHIEVING IT "i cant remember who said this quotation but ......that is how my story about america started. it was a long journey but thanks to Allah it has come real, America Welcomed me the way i expected, i do not expect it all to go perfectly well, but the Almighty Allah that i prayed to, to make my journey smooth is the same Allah here. the day i lifted my Gambian flag and told 5,310 students that this is Gambia, i felt i have done something for my country that i could not have done at home. Today 5,310 people have started knowing my country and God knows what will happen by the time i am crowned that degree i look forward to. i feel lonely because i am the only Gambian, the closest neighbors are from Mauritania, Mali, Niger, Kenya and Nigeria. But i am not here to look for neighbors i am here to fulfill my American dream and put myself and country where it never was. With some JJC stories, i fear the Yetteh Jallows as they will have a good excuse especially for the coming Tobaski...lol.
