BEWARE - My mom bought a gift card from a local grocery store. Thought she was buying a regular gift card. Nothing written on it about fees etc. except the first activation fee. She paid $4.95 to activate the card and put $50.00 on it. When activated it only had $37.10 and now the company is trying to charge a $5.95 fee to cancel the card. To card it a visa card. called NetSpend. Do not pick up this card for a gift by mistake. I am trying to speak to a manager and of course they are too busy. I want to call and report this company. Anyone know who I could contact? Its a rip off.
