BIG WEEKEND EHOD Followers! We’re sure that you’re all excited for some fun in the sun, and no doubt like us you’ll be packing picnics and all sorts today! EHOD will also be tantalising your taste-buds this September with a yummy Griddle Baking demonstration workshop at the Andrew Jackson and US Rangers Centre, in Carrickfergus. Did you know that the parents of Andrew Jackson, the 7th President of the United States, were from Carrickfergus? You can discover his history at this wonderful 18th century thatched stone cottage that has been restored as a tribute to him, and also contains a museum dedicated to the US Rangers formed in Carrickfergus in 1942 on the grounds!
