BIKE TOUR - PROMOTING ECOTOURISM **************************************************** Bicycle Network Myanmar shared their experiences in biking all the way to Mount Victoria in Chin State at a press conference on Friday. The cyclers left Yangon on 27th December last year by express to Pakokku then they headed for Mount Victoria by cycling. They ended their trip in Salay and arrived back to Yangon on 2nd January by express. The 230 miles long cycling trip took 5 days. The cyclists said the aim of their cycling trip is to promote public awareness on Ecotourism. Bicycle Network Myanmar was establish in 2013 to build a network between cyclists within the country, develop law and regulations for bicycle and infrastructure and to improve bike tour in Ecotourism.
