BJP National Committee Member Shreedharan Pilla said yesterday :When A.B Vajpayee was elected as the Prime minister of India He visited Kerala. He invited then all Muslim leaders to meet with him for a friendly discussion, none of them participated except Kanthapuram A.P Aboobacker Musliyar. Kanthapuram Discussed him the problems of community , not his personal matters. Kanthapuram thinks when a government formulates how can positively use them to muslims .At the same time he criticise these governments when they act against community/ people interests. There was a time , no muslim leaders invite me to a programme. But kanthapuram welcomed us to his institution and acted for community. But now all muslim organisation invite me to their programmes . I have 20 years-long deep friendship with Usthad . I respect his visions his farsighted thoughts
