******** BOOOOOOOOOOOOM ******** As any of you close to my family and I know, the last year has really put us through the ringer. Without getting too in depth into all that, I made the decision to re-enter corporate America a couple months ago. I updated my resume and started to seek out the right industry for someone with my experience and skill set. Ultimately I decided on the logistics industry, more specifically, being a freight broker at a third party logistics company. After researching several companies, their cultures, compensation packages, etc., I focused my efforts on a few. Im EXTREMELY excited to announce that I accepted a job offer today from my top choice. I am the newest Freight Broker (logistics account executive) for Total Quality Logistics (TQL), and my family and I are beyond thrilled. They have a phenomenal training program, a great base salary and unlimited commission structure, benefits, etc. The potential is HUGE. The company is growing by leaps and bounds and plans to open an Akron/Canton office in 2 years. For now, I will be in the Cleveland office in Independence. Anyone who knows me knows that Ill be laser focused on creating a huge book of business and then turn my sites on running the new office. So, the black cloud has dissipated and the future is BEYOND bright! Weve received support from so many friends and family over the past year that its amazing, and we plan on paying it forward in any ways we can.
