Back in February 2014 International Animal Rescue Foundation Africa was made aware of the plight of Turkana people forced to consume dog and cat meat due to environmental destruction of land. We are happy today that the Turkana people are now receiving the help they need to sustain their crops. Meaning they will have fresh, hardy, and sustainable crops with experienced farmhands to help. We thank the British Government for this, dog and cat meat consumption is slowing down - however this is only the beginning.
