Back in July, I registered for the Pocono Challenge and the Pocono - TopicsExpress

Back in July, I registered for the Pocono Challenge and the Pocono Glow. On August 7th, I received an email from Pocono Challenge stating that both races were cancelled and asking for patience regarding entry fee refunds. After three weeks, I sent an email to Pocono Challenge requesting the status of my refund, but it went ignored. During that time, I received a partial refund for the Pocono Challenge and no refund yet for the Pocono Glow. On September 4th, I sent a letter to the event coordinator, Larry Aceves, requesting the status of the balance of my refund. To date, I have not heard back and still have not received my full refund. I know several people who also registered for these events and still have not received their refunds. Evidently, Larry took everyones money and then decided to abandon his commitment to these events. This guy is a jackass and I will NEVER register for any events that he is associated with. If anyone knows of a way to legally pursue this matter, I would like to learn more. Please repost and share with all your friends.
