Back to the grind of work, and the plumbing issues I was battling early this week has really sidelined my momentum with my workouts, my focus, and everything else....Ive been tired and irritable and generally wanted to be left alone. Glad things are fixed now. A few more side projects this week on the house and getting everything in line, and things should begin getting better...Thinking I may go for a short run and a bodyweight circuit today. Took last week off and am already physically and mentally exhausted this week...Ill blame it on the cooler weather and shortened days for now...but I gotta shake it off and get back in my groove
