Back when I handled insurance claims around 2006, there was a wrongful eviction claim where the apartment mgmt. co in L.A. hired two disturbing individuals to harass all black & Hispanic tenants. Even going so far as to expose themselves to kids. The one white tenant decided to videotape the whole escapade as it was truly unbelievable. The goal of the mgmt. co was to make the apartment complex Asian only and rename the apts Koran Towers. The owner of the apartment complex - Donald Sterling. To this day, it still upsets me the things I read about Donald Sterlings condoning of the actions of those two property managers
