Bases in the middle East in no way protect our country, if an enemy fleet attacks new York they cant do shit, what they protect is corporate oil interests, and because of the blow back principal it can be argued that they in fact weaken out national defense, those resources our young men die for dont even come to the average citizen anyways,we could cut military spending in half and simultaneously increase our defense all by pulling the troops home, theyre not giving freedom that is impossible freedom must be taken, the killing machine marches on I suppose oh wouldnt I like to know whos pulling the strings
