Bathroom structural build fantasies: 1) A one inch high - TopicsExpress

Bathroom structural build fantasies: 1) A one inch high stainless steel whole-room-floor liner with welded stacks for each surface penetration like the toilet waste line and tub/shower drain. The liner would have one downward stack for the liner drain. Making the whole room water-overflow proof. 2) The shower/tub/toilet room would be in its own air tight sealed enclosure to keep steam/moisture out of the rest of the house. The sealed room would be equipped with a powered internal/external air circulation system on a timer -- shower/bathe making as much steam/mist as one wants, leave the room, hit the timer, and within an hour or so the place is bone dry without siphoning house air . The timer also triggers ultra violet lights killing any potential mold development. 3) The wall backing the toilet would be constructed of 2x6 studs to make room for powered ventilation duct work. The vent screen would be behind the toilet tank. 4) All the homes toilets are pneumatically assisted with a central air compressor to help move things along. 5) As should be the whole house, the light fixtures of the bathroom are on their own separate electrical breaker so a hair drier outlet trip does not make the room go dark.
