Be on your toes with those people who are just out for themselves and their own self indulgence and their own prestige; and with those who dont give full recognition and credit to those people who have really helped them and professionally lifted them off the floor and given them some direction and knowledge. Dont expect it, but a nice pat on the back is all well and good but when you work with only a private thanks and limited whatever else, there can be a creeping element of being taken for granted. Be a professional, set the example and stick to the tasks that were planned because all of that hard work even in times of transition can go unnoticed. Dont stop doing the right thing and set your sights on the new stepping stones which lead to a road called success.
