Because I Write What am I .. a motivational speaker A prophet, A preacher, A teacher I struggle to make sense of this Dealing with my relentless gifts My poetry tells what life is really about Do you hear the words that are coming out of my mouth Or better yet do you listen Is this the piece that is missing Cuz in real life PEACE is missing Until somebody is restin in it Tryin my best to get it But situations Im confronted wit The crowd of people I was runnin wit Was the reason I was fallin down Write it all out in verbs and nouns Knock on my hollow heart and hear the echo I want to let go But I fight for the realists The people that feel this But cant explain it Like the sun shining even when its raining I have been robbed of my righteousness And Im writin this With the hands of a wounded solider Weight of the world on my shoulders Internally bleeding so you cant see the death of me Defeated by life but surviving by destiny In the scenarios worse cases The places ...that Ive been Walls are paper thin So when I do spoken word Everything I speak about is heard Envy and jealousy is suggested Put it in a proper perspective Im surviving now...
