Because of my comments about the Noah movie, I have apparently become the promoter of the film on Facebook. Haha. Im getting private messages trying to set me straight. Heres my opinion. I saw the movie. I didnt know an atheist directed it and wrote it until after I saw the movie. I couldnt tell an atheist directed it; because, God creating the earth was taken directly from scripture and presented as fact in a beautiful artistic collage of creativity that took my breath away! Berating the director for being an atheist makes the Christian doing it look condescending and mean and wont win him or anyone to Christ. The film is a beautiful 2 hour work of fiction based on the few Scriptures taken from Genesis 6. There are many elements that are fantasy and special effects. Its unfair to publicly blast a movie negatively when you havent seen it. See it. If you dont like it, climb on your rooftop and trumpet your critique of the film for the world to hear. I thoroughly enjoyed it and dont get the negative effect people are feeling because of the creative license taken to tell this incredibly dramatic Bible story. I thank God it was told in such an enjoyable way. What about, Raiders of the Lost Ark? Yall didnt freak out over that.
